This fantastic hat finishes off any outfit to perfection! Each of our hats is handmade, and we work with a small company to produce all hats in the US. This top hat can be worn by both men and women.
Please include the size you need; hats are available in M, ML, L, and XL. Hats will come with a soft band on the inside for comfort, and itdoes have the ability to size down with inserts.
